We have been together eight years now. I am from Queens, NY and Carlos is orginally from Costa Rica, but he has lived in the states, New Jersey most of his life. We are now living in Fort Lauderdale, because of work and family. I have been teaching English and Acting both in New York City and now here in Fort Lauderdale for eight years and Carlos works for T-mobile as a manager for the bilingual call center. We met in NYC at a club through a mutual friend of ours and the rest is history. We love to travel, go to the movies, workout, meet up with friends for dinner, go on weekend getaways, attend live theatrical events, festivals. We live pretty simply right now---work to home. We sometimes go out with one of our best friends here for dinner or a show but our work is often time consuming, especially for me with grading papers or preparing lessons. We have been down here for three years. We are now looking for a house to buy and would like to meet other gay couples to build lasting friendships with.
