Together for 31 years. We live downtown in the pearl area, and would love to meet others who live close. It's easier to be spontaneous for getting together for dinner, etc. But, if you come downtown sometimes for beer and pool or maybe live music, that's okay.

We met at the Family Zoo tavern in Portland (SW 9th & Oak) in September 1977. Wow, that was a long time ago (and a few brain cells). John had just gone on unemployment & Steven had just left the Army (82nd Airborne--what a wuss!)

We both grew up in the Portland area, and have lived elsewhere for a while, but moved back. We love cities! Living in Greenwich Village in Manhattan or in SF would be a blast for a while. We sure do like the climate in Portland, and like the creative flavor.

Blues, jazz, anything with a good horn section, some alternative if it's got a good beat, karaoke--watching YOU sing!
