Writing a personal ad for us as a couple just seems wrong somehow. lol In a nutshell, we are probably a little weird, but in an awesome way. We like bugs, travel, and American Idol. We've been together since college (15 years), and keep busy enjoying the adventures life keeps granting us. We've changed careers, but I'm now a nurse and he is in special education for autistic children. We are dying to hike the Inca trail up to Machu Picchu and have every intention of living in Australia someday. We keep debating adoption, but haven't quite grown up enough yet. We've been in DC a few months now (love it!) and would enjoy meeting another couple for fun at museums or theatre or restaurants (is there good food in this city?) or argue over who we want to win Project Runway or the next election. We are a strange mix of instinctual homebodies who nonetheless love having the random, offbeat adventure. And making new friends always makes the adventure more fun.
