How can I delete my profile and account?
If you are absolutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so
here. Please note that your account will be closed and your profile will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!
How can I update my profile?
To update your profile, click on
Edit Profile. You can move through the different parts of your profile by clicking the tabs at the top of the page. This link also appears in the members toolbar at the top of every page.
How Do I Turn Email Notifications On / Off?
By default, most email notifications are turned on, meaning our system will send you a notice when another member posts a comment on your wall, invites you to be their friend, or sends you a private message. There are more than a dozen possible notifications.
To selectively turn email notifications "On" or "Off," click on
Account Settings to make changes.
How can I deal with someone that is bothering me?
If someone is bothering or harassing you, upgraded members may block the offensive member. Refer to the help topic on blocking, found under the header "Privacy Features." If another member continues to harass you despite your efforts, you can
contact us and we will investigate the problem.
How can I report spam or other inappropriate content?
You can report spam, pornography, or any other inappropriate content by clicking the "Report this Member" or "Inappropriate Content" link on the page containing the content you wish to report. If there is no link present, you may
contact us here to describe the problem.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. We do not share any personally identifying information about you to any third party, and we do not transmit or convey your email address in any communication between members. Click to review our entire

How can I make my profile private?
This is a premium feature. If you have upgraded your account, you can make your profile private, and allow only members or your friends to view it. Click on
Profile Privacy to manage settings for this, and other premium privacy features. If you have a free membership, you can
upgrade here.
How can I block users from contacting me?
This is a premium feature. If you have upgraded your account, you may block any member from viewing your profile and contacting you. To do this, click the "Block this Member" link that appears below the photo on their profile. You can review your blocked list, and add members by Username, from the
Profile Privacy page.
If you have a free membership, you will not see the "Block this Member" option until you
upgrade.
How can I track "Who Viewed My Profile?"
This is a premium feature. If you have upgreaded your account, you may track views by by clicking on
Privacy Settings from your Dashboard. Check "Yes" next to "Show Profile Views?” to enable this feature, and click the [Save Changes] button at the bottom of the page.
To see who viewed your profile, from your Dashboard, click the blue link in the lower left column “Who Viewed My Profile?” You will see most recent members who viewed your profile. Note that tracking begins once you enable the feature in Privacy Settings, so you will not see any listings prior to enabling this feature.
I signed up, but I cannot login to the site.
After you sign up, you must validate your membership by clicking the activation link that has been emailed to you. Once you have have completed this step, you will be able to login to the site.
