As a Registered User, you agree that:

You understand that R&D Sites LLC makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your compatibility with individuals you meet through this service.

You will promptly report to R&D Sites LLC any violation of the Terms of this Agreement by others, and will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of other registered users.
Community Standards:
We encourage an atmosphere of diversity, acceptance, understanding and thoughtful debate. Please be friendly and civil when interacting with other registered user; this service is not to be used in a manner which provokes, harasses, or defames any individual or group.
We reserve the site to monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, email transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like, although we are under no obligation to do so and assume no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the site.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
Mature Content:
This service does not permit sexually explicit content as described in Title 18 of the U.S. Code, article 2256, and is not subject to record-keeping provisions of 18 U.S.C. 2257 (a)(c). You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any photograph or illustration that depicts self-stimulation, or sexually explicit activity with any persons, animals or objects. Proprietary Rights:
R&D Sites LLC is exclusive owner of this service, and retains exclusive proprietary rights to this service. In addition, other Registered Users may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted.
Except for that information which is has been identified as released into the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you agree not to post, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
By posting information or content to any public or private area of this site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to R&D Sites LLC and other Registered Users an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing.
Confidentiality:
With the exception of the information provided to other Registered Users pursuant to the terms of the Service, R&D Sites LLC will keep confidential all information supplied by you, and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by court order or applicable law. By using this Service, you agree to allow R&D Sites LLC to feature your profile within our services.
Warranties:
R&D Sites LLC provides this Service on a "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall R&D Sites LLC be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Service, including, without limitation, damages for loss or corruption of data or programs or service interruptions.
Indemnity by Registered Users:
You will indemnify and hold harmless R&D Sites LLC, its officers, directors, employees, members, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of this Service or interaction with others utilizing this forum, including but not limited to, any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

Termination:

Additional Terms and Conditions Related to Advertisements and 3rd Party Offers:
This Service displays and distributes third party content in the form of feature articles, advertising, promotions or other content not attributed to the Service or R&D Sites LLC, and may receive compensation related to the sale or distribution of this content or service. Information related to these offers is provided by the advertiser or content provider, has not been verified as accurate or all-inclusive, and may be subject to change. R&D Sites LLC implies no warranties or obligations relating to any content or offer for goods and services, and encourages you to obtain all necessary information before committing in contract or payment to any offer or promotion.
You agree that by choosing to purchase or engage in any offer or service promoted on this site, that you do so freely and willingly, that this action creates no contract or agreement of past, present or future services with R&D Sites LLC, and you agree to hold harmless the owners and operators of R&D Sites LLC from any and all liability arising from my actions or the actions or obligations of third party vendors, advertisers, contractors, or content and/or service providers.
General Provisions:
You agree that the laws of the State of Arizona, within the United States of America, (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the District of Arizona, other than for actions to enforce any order or judgment entered by such courts.
This Agreement, accepted upon registration for the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and R&D Sites LLC regarding the use of MeetGayCouples.com, GayConsumer.com and LGBTQ Nation.com. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the terms will survive termination of your registration to the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
