Canadian and Thai couple, relatively new to the area. We both arrived from Korea last year and are hoping to meet some couples like us for socializing and friendship.
We met over 5 years ago when Adam was teaching in Asia. Since that time, we have lived together in 3 countries, traveled together, camped and kayaked together, fought, made up, applied for and were granted immigration and bought a house, together. After almost calling it quits however many times neither can even remember, we are still sticking it out, caring more than ever. Cuz in the end it's all about family.

Developing:-) Since arriving in Canada, it has been a little hard to go beyond just working and surviving at times. We travel, enjoy the outdoors when we can get out in it, window shopping for the house we will soon move into, movies, visiting family, cooking (one of us more than the other - HINT: THAI cooking), and in THEORY, like skiing and a whole bunch of stuff we haven't yet had the chance to do.

Well, hardly musical snobs or experts here. Pop and some rock we have in common, Irish Celtic, French, and Korean folk/pop for Adam, and Northeast Thai country music for Yan.

Yan tends to read in Thai, Adam tends to like anything to do with politics, political intrigue or military strategy, history, current events, and the occasional bit of horror or medical thriller.

Comedy, drama, horror, whatever floats the boat at any given time - not slaves to (connoisseurs of) particular directors, genres, actors, etc.
